Clean room, convenient location, where I appreciated the free parking and found the flat-screen TV particularly enjoyable for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I loved that it was just a short walk of less than 2 km to Bear Creek Park, where I could enjoy some great views and walking trails. The nearby Town Hall Arts Center provided a cultural spot for me to explore, making my stay more enjoyable.

The entire property feels neglected!!! A deep clean is a must, as grimy walls and dirty appliances make for an unpleasant experience. Addressing maintenance issues isn't just preferred, it's essential!!!

It was just a decent option for a swift stopover in Littleton with good price value. The A/C worked fine during my stay. Be careful with the billing. I got double charged and spent hours sorting it out.

This place is perfect for me! I enjoy the free wifi, tv, and air conditioning. The staff was amazing, helping my elderly parents during our first stay. I always feel welcomed here and will be back for a city break!
